2 medium Onions, finely chopped
1 inch ginger, grated
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Grama masala
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Fresh Coriander Leaves
Method
Soak Soya Granules in milk for an hour. Heat a pan, Dry roast Cumin and Coriander seeds separately, then grind them to powder. I used Mortar-Pestle to Grind them.Using Freshly grounded powder gives a great taste to the dish!!!!
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, splutter mustard seeds and add onions. Roast toll lightly browned. Add garlic and roast for a minute. Add ginger, green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and 1/4 cup of water. Stir and cook for two minutes, Add green peas and another 1/4 cup of Water and mix well. Cover and Cook till peas are nearly done.
Add Soya granules along with the milk and cook till almost dry. Add corinader leaves, salt, garam masala powder and lemon juice and mix well. Serve Hot with Roti's. Or else stuff inside a Roti ,Roll it up!!! Eat while you go!!!
