Got Inspired by Ayeesha's Fig Pedas,i tried these No Sugar Dates Peda. Came out good.
Ingredients
3 tbsp Crumbled Paneer/Cottage Cheese
5 dates
1/4 cup Low-Fat Milk
Cinnamon a pinch
Method
Remove Date Seeds, Soak them in milk for 30minutes. Grind it to a fine paste along with Crumbled Paneer.
Take this Mixture in a Microwave Safe Bowl and Cook @ high for 5 minutes, Stir in-between. Sprinkle cinnamon while stirring the second time.
Take it out, let it cool for a minute or two, gather the dough and make small pedas out of it.
Delicious pedas are ready in a minute. Makes 7-8 Pedas. No Sugar added, the dates take care of the sweetness.
An Healthy Delicious Snack for kids. While serving for kids, drizzle some Choco syrup and serve, like i did!!!! :)
Definitely your kid will enjoy as mine did!!!! :)
