Ingredients
3 Cups of Chilled Milk
3-4 tbsp Rose Syrup
Sugar to taste
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powderMethod
Mix all the above given ingredients and Serve. While Adding Rose Syrup, pls make sure to taste before you add some extra syrup, sometimes you get a bitter taste if you add more. You can even try adding some Mixed Nut Powder (Badam-Cashew), if you dont prefer Cinnamon.

Looks and sounds great !!! Can I use any rose syrup? And what if I don't have rose syrup, can I use Rose water and something else to make the syrup?

ReplyDeleteI love chennai and love the rosemilk especially during summer. The Rosemilk served in Hotel Saravana Bhavan is too taste.
